We Are Legal Revolution in New York City seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to own cases from filing through verdict. This role offers remote work while maintaining NYC presence and handles high-value, complex matters with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation and trial.

The position rewards performance with bonuses and does not require billable hours. You will join a team of experienced litigators, manage a large caseload, and develop cases for trial while advocating

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission.
• At least three years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Two jury trials as first chair.
• Ability to manage a large caseload from filing through verdict.
• Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and initiate lawsuits.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Take fact-witness and expert depositions.
• Retain and work closely with appropriate expert witnesses.

Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney | New York, NY (Remote) – Up to $250k Base + Bonus

Location/Schedule: New York City – Remote
