Job summary

Docketly, the sister company of ABC Legal Services, is seeking a Legal Performance Specialist in Longmont, Colorado. You will review hearing reports submitted by attorneys for accuracy and completeness, and resolve discrepancies before publication.

In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll handle attorney performance issues such as FTAs, complaints, or sanctions, monitor learning systems, assist with attorney services, and identify process improvements while maintaining exceptional client service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles difficult or complicated attorney tickets, issues or complaints with appropriate documentation and resolution.
• Investigates inquiries regarding hearing report results, attorney performance and attorney history.
• Manages various performance widgets to ensure timely resolution of compliance tasks.
• Process and manage FTA's and Filtered attorneys; use trends and information gained to identify training needs and remediation.
• Monitor Learning Management System for attorneys.
• Assists with attorney services (calls, chats, tickets, emails, etc. from attorneys).
• Follows good customer service standards in all aspects of the job.
• Identifies and suggests ideas for improving system and processes.
• Attends weekly team meetings. Prepares and participates as appropriate.
• Attorney training regarding our platform
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Overview:

The Legal Performance Specialist will ensure that all hearing reports submitted by attorneys are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, with any discrepancies identified and resolved prior to publication. Will handle all attorney performance issues that arise such as Failure to Appears (FTA's), complaints, or sanctions to ensure that our attorney pool is best in class.

Key Responsibilities:

Starting Pay:

$20.00 -20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm MST
