Jobot is seeking an Oil & Gas Title Attorney to join our nationwide law firm. You will advise on exploration, production, transportation, and sales matters and draft title opinions identifying defects, liens, or issues affecting ownership.

Requirements include a Juris Doctorate, state admission, and 2+ years drafting title opinions for Oklahoma lands; strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
• 2+ years' experience drafting title opinions covering lands in Oklahoma.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

• Draft title opinions highlighting defects, liens, or other issues that could impact ownership or use of the property.

• Advise on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
