ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Virginia Beach is seeking an Attorney to join its respected litigation team. You will handle civil matters related to recoveries and creditors’ rights, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and guiding cases from inception to resolution.

This role offers independence to manage your own caseload with the support of an experienced legal and administrative team. The position requires a Virginia license and strong litigation skills, with on-site work 2–3 days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Active Virginia law license required.
• Strong litigation analysis and settlement negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload with deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal technology tools.

Aufgaben

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• 2/3 days on-site, primarily signing.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient resolution of disputed matters.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances; travel expenses reimbursed.
• Partner with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward effectively.
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
