DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Attorney (non‑partnership track) to join its Miami office. The role is open to Florida‑admitted lawyers.
Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation matters in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions, addressing discovery disputes, and general litigation case management. Experience in healthcare and/or ERISA matters is desired. Prior state court or federal clerkship experience is a plus. Minimum education: JD and admission to the Florida Bar.
Sedentary work: Sitting most of the time with occasional walking and standing. Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 10 pounds may be required.
Hybrid – regular in‑office presence with some flexibility for work‑from‑home.
