Job summary

Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC is seeking an associate with 3–4 years of experience in commercial and business litigation to handle a broad range of disputes in our New York City office. The ideal candidate has courtroom experience, can manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and coordinate document production; trial experience is a strong plus.

Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Qualifications

Job description

We're recruiting for an associate with 3-4 years of experience in commercial and business litigation to handle a wide range of business disputes, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation work in the New York City office of a mid sized firm.

Qualified candidates should have previous courtroom experience and be able to manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, engaging in document production, and preparing for trial; actual trial experience is a strong plus.

Excellent academic credentials and exceptional research, analytical, written, and oral communication skills are required.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar of New York.

The salary range is $155,000 – $185,000 commensurate with experience.
