We assist clients by challenging delayed or denied petitions for immigration benefits in the federal courts and participate in impact litigation applying administrative law principles to immigration regulations. We also handle specific removal cases before immigration courts, normally involving highly complex issues for investors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal court practice and a strong background in administrative law principles. Candidates with litigation experience on behalf of the federal government are welcome.
This position will report directly to the Chairman of the firm.
This position is open to fully remote or hybrid work in the Washington, DC, Philadelphia or New York offices.
