  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents for federal court filings.
  • Prepare and conduct arguments before federal judges.
  • Represent clients in complex removal proceedings involving investment-based migration.
  • Present federal court litigation options to internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager on business development efforts.
  • Develop expertise in client base and administrative law principles related to immigration.
  • Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues and support projects.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural issues and case processing.
