State of New York seeks attorneys capable of managing all phases of investigations and civil litigation from start to trial. The role requires strong writing, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and supervisory skills, with a preference for at least two years of postgraduate civil litigation experience. Applicants must be NY residents and admitted to practice in NY; U.S.

citizenship is required by the Public Officers Law. A two-year commitment applies.

Applicants must be capable of handling all phases of the investigations and litigation from commencement through trial and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and supervisory skills. A minimum of two (2) years of postgraduate civil litigation experience is preferred.

Applicants must reside in (or intend to soon become a resident of) New York state and be admitted to practice law in New York state. In addition, the Public Officers Law requires that OAG attorneys be citizens of the United States. A two (2) year commitment upon being hired is a condition of employment.
