A leading law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney for their Insurance and Bad Faith Recovery team. The position involves advocating for clients wrongfully denied insurance coverage and managing litigation processes in a fully remote setting, ideally suited for California-based candidates.
ATTORNEY- INSURANCE RECOVERY AND BAD FAITH
JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our Insurance and Bad Faith Recovery team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to advocate for clients who have been wrongfully denied insurance coverage or treated unfairly by insurers. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator with a passion for holding insurance companies accountable and has an interest in learning about insurance bad faith, coverage disputes, and complex insurance claims.
This will be a remote position with a strong preference for candidates based in California.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$150,000-$180,000 annually
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
