The ideal candidate has ~3+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage, General Liability, and related defense work, with opportunities across trucking, professional liability, and catastrophic injury matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense/coverage or related litigation.
• Experience handling insurance defense, casualty litigation, and related matters.
• Strong understanding of case strategy and discovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with partner support.
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment to resolution.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Litigation Associate with approximately 3+ years of experience ideally.

Of particular interest are attorneys with backgrounds in:

• Catastrophic Injury / Personal Injury Defense

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on experience, associates will have the opportunity to:

• Manage their own caseload with partner support
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Handle written discovery and depositions
• Work directly with clients and carriers
• Attend hearings, mediations and arbitrations
• Prepare matters for trial
• Gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure

Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $200,000, depending on experience and background
• Plus monthly bonus opportunities
• A significant number of attorneys regularly achieve the monthly bonus, creating the potential to earn meaningfully above base salary.
