Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Location

This is a full-time, in-office role based in downtown Jacksonville, FL. After your initial onboarding period, day-to-day flexibility may be available with approval — the firm is committed to setting you up for success before loosening the reins.

Note

Candidates must hold an active Florida Bar license or be currently scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Florida Bar Exam. Only candidates with a J.D. from an accredited law school will be considered. This role is not open to relocation package assistance at this time.

• Conduct thorough legal research across a variety of substantive and procedural topics
• Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and other proceedings
• Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategy and deliver excellent outcomes for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school (required)
• Active Florida Bar membership OR scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Florida Bar Exam
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
