Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New Jersey seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our expanding team remotely. You will analyze and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes, providing strategic guidance from initial opinions through resolution.

You will conduct advanced legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage key filings while building strong insurer and client relationships. The firm offers up to $225,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and a flexible remote work

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex Third-Party Coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
