We Are Legal Revolution in Philadelphia is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our expanding team in a hybrid work model. You will analyze and litigate complex First- and Third-Party coverage disputes, providing strategic guidance from initial opinions through resolution.

The role emphasizes high-stakes legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and developing relationships with insurers and clients to grow coverage and defense work.

Responsabilités

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: evaluate and litigate complex First and Third-Party coverage disputes; provide strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: analyze case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: build insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development, and identify expansion opportunities.

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex First and Third-Party Coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
