This role offers a base salary up to $225,000 plus a performance bonus, with a flexible remote work option in the NY area and a billable structure designed to reward efficiency and results.

You will manage complex litigation from start to trial, handle insurance defense matters across various liability domains, and contribute to business development while collaborating

The Role

• Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
