Burlington, Vermont-based Paul Frank + Collins is seeking an enthusiastic mid-level associate or experienced lateral lawyer for our growing Insurance Services practice group. The role involves litigating insurance coverage and bad faith claims, advising insurers on multi-district complex litigation, and assessing exposures in pending litigation against insureds nationwide.

The ideal candidate has excellent academic credentials and four or more years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience. Candidates with less experience but demonstrating exceptional qualities will also be considered. Law review and clerkship credentials are preferred but not required.

Requirements include strong oral advocacy and written communication skills, along with excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
