Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience practicing family law.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey family law and court procedures.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including developing case strategy and advising clients.
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare cases for litigation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Manage multiple matters while providing responsive and high-quality client service.
