We Are Legal Revolution, working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm, seeks a 3rd to 7th year Employment Litigation Associate to join its Austin or Dallas Texas office on a Remote basis.

This defense-side employment litigation role is for an attorney who enjoys fast moving matters, practical counseling through litigation risk, and delivering strong results for sophisticated clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Active admission to practice law in Texas.
• 3 to 7 years of labor and employment experience, with management side defense litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of wage and hour, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and related Texas statutes and common claims.
• Experience handling core litigation tasks such as witness interviews, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and conducting and defending depositions.
• Excellent legal writing, persuasive advocacy, strong academic credentials, and the ability to run assignments with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with partners and teams.

Responsabilités

• Handle a broad range of labor and employment disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and leave and accommodation related claims under federal and Texas law.
• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions, manage discovery and electronically stored information, prepare for and take depositions.
• Interface directly with clients and support hearings and trial preparation as needed.

The Opportunity

You will handle a broad range of labor and employment disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and leave and accommodation related claims under federal and Texas law. The work includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery and electronically stored information, preparing for and taking depositions, interfacing directly with clients, and supporting hearings and trial preparation as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 3rd to 7th year Employment Litigation Associate with:

• Active admission to practice law in Texas

Compensation
