We Are Legal Revolution in Austin seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join a nationally recognized practice. You will handle high-stakes employment disputes, gain direct client exposure, and take ownership of significant matters on lean teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years of state/federal litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and familiarity with Texas employment law. A top law school credential and interest in a long-term practice are required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Experience with dispositive motions and discovery management.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Texas employment law and civil procedure.
• Strong credentials and attendance at a good law school.
• Comfortable handling complex employment disputes and counseling matters.
• Interest in building a long-term career and developing a practice.
• Familiarity with legal AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage employment litigation matters with increasing independence.
• Handle single-plaintiff disputes, wage-and-hour class and representative actions, executive disputes, restrictive covenant matters and employment‑related trade secret issues.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and substantive briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions and support hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers and employees on employment disputes, compliance and risk.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support internal employment assessments.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and agency representatives.
• Take ownership of key workstreams and contribute to case strategy.
