Job summary

Saltu Staffing seeks a Manager, Legal Talent Development with 5+ years in a law firm or professional services setting to partner with practice group leaders to shape attorney training, mentoring, and career development initiatives.

You will design and manage curricula focused on substantive legal and professional skills, and develop experiential and tech-enabled learning programs while guiding mentoring, sponsorship, and coaching. Trend-aware leadership with AI insights will be encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience in attorney development, legal talent management, career advising, learning and development, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice group leaders to identify attorney development needs and implement targeted programs
• Design and manage curricula focused on substantive legal and professional skills
• Develop experiential and technology-enabled learning initiatives
• Incorporate emerging trends, including AI, into attorney development programs
• Support mentoring, sponsorship, coaching, and career development initiatives
• Advise attorneys on career development, performance, and advancement
• Analyze feedback and program data to improve development initiatives
• Collaborate on firm wide talent development priorities and strategic initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
