We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a fully remote role, offering up to $300K base plus lucrative bonuses. Work on high-profile corporate matters from anywhere in the world.

Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial agreements, perform due diligence, and advise clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

The Role

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: Including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and Funds related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: Including the structure, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

The Package

• Up to $300K Base
• Monthly Performance Related Bonus
• 5-10% of all Matters you work on
• End of Year Bonus
