We Are Legal Revolution, a California-focused platform, seeks a Construction Attorney to handle substantial project matters across transactional and disputes work, with exposure to major developments and strong senior-team collaboration.

The role spans front-end contracting and back-end disputes, including public works, procurement, bidding, licensing, and surety issues. Remote work is available; compensation up to $400k based on experience.

Construction Attorney | Established California Platform | Sophisticated Public & Private Projects | Up to $400k | LA / OC | Remote

A well-regarded Southern California firm is looking to add a Construction Attorney to its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who wants to work on substantial project-related matters across both the transactional and disputes side, with exposure to major developments, strong client relationships, and a collaborative senior team.

The practice advises a broad range of participants in the building and infrastructure space, including owners, contractors, design professionals, lenders, and other key stakeholders. The work spans both public and private sector projects, with matters involving major civic, infrastructure, healthcare, energy, and commercial developments.

The role

• Advise clients through the full life cycle of construction projects, from contract preparation and negotiation through closeout and dispute resolution
• Handle active disputes involving delays, disruption, change orders, payment issues, design‑related claims, defaults, and project performance problems
• Work on mediation, arbitration, and litigation involving sophisticated construction matters
• Counsel clients on day‑to‑day project administration, risk management, and claims strategy
• Assist with procurement‑related issues, contract compliance, and other project delivery concerns
• Support clients across both public and private developments

Compensation & structure

• Base salary up to $400,000, depending on experience
• Bonus potential in addition to base
• Premium billing rates, with flexibility to support practice growth
• Fully Remote.

Ideal background

• Comfortable handling complex project disputes and advising on practical risk issues
