• Lead Complex Commercial Litigation Matters - Manage a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims
• Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes -Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
