The Air Force Legal Operations Agency in Ohio seeks a senior acquisition legal advisor to counsel the Commander, AFICC, and HQ AFICC on major programs with Air Force-wide impact. You will provide timely, quality advice to Wright Patterson AFB and AFICC clients, overseeing acquisition life-cycle and fiscal law matters to ensure regulatory compliance.
Applicants must have ABA-accredited JD, active bar status, and 12+ years of related experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as senior acquisition legal advisor to the Commander, Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) and HQ AFICC staff, and, advice procurement officials on major programs with AF wide impact, and assure quality, consistent, and timely advice is provided to all Air Force Legal Operations Agency (AFLOA) HQ AFICC clients and Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
In addition to the basic requirement: you must have professional legal experience in excess of three (3) years that commensurate with the position's duties and responsibilities.
