Responsibilities

• Provides written and verbal legal advice to management and operating officials to ensure actions comply with laws and policies.
• Represents the Agency before administrative bodies such as GAO, MSPB, ASBCA, and EEOC.
• Assists U.S. Attorneys and DOJ in Federal court cases.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
