Formación

• Must hold a first professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and be admitted to the bar of a State, U.S. territory, District of Columbia, or the equivalent.
• GS-11 requires 1 year of professional legal experience or equivalent.
• GS-12 requires 2 years of professional legal experience at GS-11 level or LL.M. plus 1 year.
• GS-13 requires more than 2 years of professional legal experience.
• This vacancy can fill GS-11, GS-12, or GS-13 levels with full performance at GS-13.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts comprehensive opinions on legal problems with little precedent and makes recommendations for action.
• Manages multiple work assignments and competing priorities.
