The Louisiana Department of Insurance is seeking a qualified attorney to serve as an Attorney 4 in the Office of Legal Services, Regulatory Section. This position provides specialized legal guidance, representation, and support to the Office of Health, Life & Annuity's Pharmacy Benefit Management Enforcement Division and the Division of Consumer Services on complex legal and regulatory matters involving pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
