Job description

We are seeking an experienced family law litigation attorney to join our team. We are a fast-paced and growing law firm with offices in Westborough and Hanover, Massachusetts. Our primary focus is on high-conflict divorce and custody litigation and negotiation, often involving issues such as abuse, manipulation, parental alienation, and other underlying factors that contribute to high-conflict cases. Most of our legal team works remotely, going to the office only as necessary. We practice in most family courts within Massachusetts, aiming to keep attorneys within a one-hour radius of their residence.

Must enjoy courtroom work and handle the drama and stress associated with family law practice.

We offer a sign-on bonus, with a base salary starting at $100,000 (depending on experience) plus a competitive incentive package. Benefits include a health-care reimbursement plan (QSEHRA), 401k match, student loan reimbursement, holiday and vacation time, MCLE membership for ongoing learning, and more.

Compensation: $120,000
