Job summary

National law firm seeks a Senior Insurance Litigation Attorney to handle complex insurance coverage matters and related litigation. This position can be fully remote anywhere in the United States. California bar is preferred but not required.

Ideal candidates have 7-8+ years of experience with first-party property insurance, bad faith claims, large-loss property matters, and catastrophic loss disputes. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume caseload and working with partners on coverage

Ideal candidates have at least 7-8+ years of experience with first-party property insurance, bad faith claims, large-loss property matters, and catastrophic loss disputes. Additional details:

• Seeking a team-oriented litigator with strong research and writing abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
• Broad litigation experience, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and complex/high-exposure matters.
• Manage a sophisticated, high-volume caseload and handle matters through all phases of litigation.
• Work closely with partners and clients on coverage analysis, case strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and related matters.
