The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a demonstrated understanding of legal issues affecting tribal nations. This role involves handling a diverse caseload, including matters involving tribal sovereignty, jurisdiction, and federal Indian law.

Qualifications:

• Active District of Columbia bar license
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Prior experience working with tribal governments or on cases involving tribal law
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
