  • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts and handling business transactions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and represent clients in corporate, real estate, transactional, and litigation matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and real estate documents.
  • Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Presentations or hearings before municipal and county governing bodies; trial work as needed.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Attorney with at least five years of experience in both corporate/real estate/transactional and litigation matters for our Tulsa office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and real estate work, including contract drafting and review, entity formation and compliance, real estate transaction documentation, as well as experience in presentations or hearings before municipal and county governing bodies; and experience in all phases of litigation, including the pleading, discovery, trial prep and trial phases.

This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong written and oral advocacy, and the ability to deliver practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
  • At least 5 years of experience in both litigation and transactional practice.
