The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in both corporate/real estate/transactional and litigation matters, with strong contract drafting, entity formation, and real estate transaction experience. Applicants should have JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
• 5+ years of experience in both litigation and transactional practice.
• Strong advocacy skills with proven motion practice, negotiations, and hearing/trial work.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts and handling business transactions.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in corporate, real estate, transactional, and litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and real estate documents.
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Presentations or hearings before municipal and county governing bodies; trial work as needed.
