We Are Legal Revolution in Seattle/Portland is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate (3+ years) to handle insurance defense, coverage and related civil litigation. You will manage your own caseload with partner support, develop case strategy from start to finish, and advance to trial-ready matters.

The role offers base salary up to $200,000 with monthly and annual bonuses, a national platform, and flexible onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements for a well-rounded litigator seeking

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to insurance defense.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload with partner support.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Litigation Associate with approximately 3+ years of experience ideally.

Of particular interest are attorneys with backgrounds in:

• Catastrophic Injury / Personal Injury Defense

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on experience, associates will have the opportunity to:

• Work directly with clients and carriers
• Attend hearings, mediations and arbitrations
• Prepare matters for trial

Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $200,000, depending on experience and background
• Plus monthly bonus opportunities
• A significant number of attorneys regularly achieve the monthly bonus, creating the potential to earn meaningfully above base salary.
• There is also an annual bonus opportunity, with awards varying depending on individual and firm performance.
