This full-time associate attorney role is an on-site position located in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and complex personal injury matters through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation. You will evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage; develop and execute case strategies; negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel; and handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. You will work closely with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure cases move forward efficiently, deadlines are met, and clients receive exceptional representation. Success in this position requires proactive case management, strong communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to achieving favorable outcomes while contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Moderate foundation in Law, including personal injury practice and civil litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Washington State (or eligibility for admission).
• Ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients, including case evaluation, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in legal Research, including statutory, case law, and regulatory analysis to support pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
• Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Preferably experience in personal injury litigation, including case management, discovery, and courtroom advocacy, is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
