Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Seattle or Portland team. The role offers real case ownership, exposure to insurance defense, coverage and broader civil litigation, with a national platform and a flexible onsite, hybrid or remote work setup.

The candidate should have approximately 3+ years of experience and be prepared to handle hearings, depositions, motions, and trial preparation across insurance defense and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation or insurance defense.
• Experience handling insurance coverage, casualty defense and related disputes.
• Strong written and oral advocacy for complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with partner support.
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Handle written discovery and depositions.
• Work directly with clients and carriers.
• Attend hearings, mediations and arbitrations.
• Prepare matters for trial.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Litigation Associate with approximately 3+ years of experience ideally.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on experience, associates will have the opportunity to:

Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $200,000, depending on experience and background
• Plus monthly bonus opportunities
• A significant number of attorneys regularly achieve the monthly bonus, creating the potential to earn meaningfully above base salary.
• There is also an annual bonus opportunity, with awards varying depending on individual and firm performance.
