Position Overview

They are looking for an Associate Attorney to join their Seattle office and work on a variety of civil defense cases. The role will focus on insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, and bad faith claims. This opportunity is fully onsite with the office located in Downtown Seattle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Preference with insurance defense and/or insurance coverage litigation
• Experience with discovery, research, motion practice, and mediations
• Trial prep experience is preferred but not necessary
• WA Bar license
