Christensen Law Counselors And Prac is seeking a full-time attorney in Salt Lake City, Utah, to oversee cases, prepare and draft legal documents, and represent clients in court and at mediation. Candidates ideally should have passed the bar or have previous experience in law. Oversee cases and work with lead attorney as needed, depending on case and preference (mentoring and independence available, as preferred).

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

Review/analyze discovery; propound discovery requests.

Work on hearing and trial preparation.

Represent clients in court and at mediation.

Comply with all legal stands and regulations.

Pitch in with other cases as needed.

Bill an average of 140 hours per month.
