Job summary

Carlsbad Law Group, APC, a San Diego-based full-service law firm, seeks an associate attorney to join our civil litigation team. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, a commitment to excellent client service, and at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, including employment law, pleadings, motions for summary judgment, and depositions.

In-person work is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with employment law, drafting pleadings, preparing motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions and discovery motions.
• Trial experience is a plus

Our firm is seeking a skilled and highly motivated associate attorney to join our team. The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication, as well as a commitment to excellent client service. Our firm is seeking an attorney with 3+years of civil litigation experience. An ideal candidate should have experience with employment law, drafting pleadings, preparing motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions and discovery motions. Trial Experience is a plus!

Salary: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00

Supplemental pay: Generous Bonus Structure
