Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking an associate attorney in Sacramento with about 2–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with employment-law exposure. You will manage an assigned caseload, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategy while drafting pleadings and motions.

You’ll handle discovery, participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations, working directly with experienced litigators.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of attorney experience required or closely similar experience.
• Employment-law exposure preferred but strong junior candidates with discovery/deposition experience may be considered.
• California bar admission in good standing is required.

A growing employment practice in Sacramento is adding at least three attorneys and is looking for an associate with approximately 2–5 years of experience. Employment-law experience is preferred, but strong junior candidates with meaningful discovery and deposition experience may also be considered.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage an assigned caseload, conduct legal research, develop litigation strategy, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations, and work directly with experienced litigators.
