De Castroverde Law Group in Reno, NV seeks a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone with little to no PI experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.

We provide training, mentorship, and a structured environment to thrive, including guidance through case management, investigation, and potential trial support.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing.
• Fluent in Spanish (MUST).
• No prior Personal Injury experience required — we will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from sign-up through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients to guide them through each stage of their case.
• Gather and evaluate evidence, medical records, and documentation relevant to claims.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.
• Prepare cases for litigation where necessary and support litigation team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and progress for each case.
