Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in Nevada.
• Reside in Las Vegas/Clark County area.
• 2 to 5 years of personal injury experience in Nevada.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters and coordinate with clients and experts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; manage case calendars.
• Take and defend depositions; negotiate settlements and prepare trial strategy.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• 2 to 5 years of personal injury experience in the State of Nevada
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the field of personal injury.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

This is a full-time, permanent in-office position. Compensation is based on work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
