Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage plaintiff personal injury matters through the litigation phase. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling complex plaintiff personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall matters, and wrongful death claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation from filing through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial strategy
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Manage multiple litigation files while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
