• Manage a docket of personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission).
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop case strategy, including liability and damages analysis.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and expectations.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
