Stern & Mauck, LLC is seeking an associate attorney to practice probate. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university and be admitted to practice law in the state of Kansas and/or Missouri. Additionally candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills. Duties include managing probate cases from inception to conclusion, including preparing and filing petitions, attending court hearings, and administering estates under the guidance of Stern & Mauck, LLC attorneys.
