Collins + Collins LLP in California seeks attorneys of all levels to join our civil litigation team with real courtroom experience. Offices in Pasadena, Carlsbad, Rancho Cucamonga, Orange, Walnut Creek and Las Vegas offer hybrid remote work options.

You will manage all stages of litigation—from fact investigation and pleadings to depositions, motions and actual trials—while building client relationships and advancing case strategies with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Collins + Collins (C+C) has immediate openings for attorneys of all levels to join our team from our offices located in Pasadena, Carlsbad, Rancho Cucamonga, Orange, Walnut Creek and Las Vegas with the opportunity to actually try cases.

Your Role

As an attorney at C+C, you will play a pivotal role in litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, learn to develop business and be part of a team in developing case strategies, managing all aspects of litigation - from fact investigation to drafting pleadings, writing and arguing motions and taking depositions to actually trying cases.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must be a current member in good standing with the CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to analyze and write about legal issues. You should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with clients and our seasoned team of trial and appellate attorneys, manage all stages of litigation, and contribute to the firm’s continued success. If you don’t want to be a trial attorney, that’s ok too but if you do, we have plenty of opportunities for you!

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active CA (California) Bar license and/or NV (Nevada) Bar license in good standing
• Interest in civil litigation, appellate and/or transactional practice
• Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn

• Competitive Salary: The salary range for an Attorney is $125,000-$225,000, with discretionary billable hour bonus potential of up to $28,000 annually, referral bonus program and year-end bonus history. Base compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, demonstrated legal skills and work arrangements. Our compensation is both competitive and customized to reflect each applicant.
