Qualifications

• Strong writing, analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to manage all stages of litigation and work with trial/appellate teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of litigation from fact investigation to drafting pleadings, motions, and depositions.
• Participate in trial preparation and actual courtroom appearances.
• Develop case strategies and build relationships with clients within a collaborative team.
