You will manage all stages of litigation—from fact investigation and pleadings to depositions, motions and actual trials—while building client relationships and advancing case strategies with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active CA or NV Bar license in good standing required.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities essential.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters and develop case strategies.
• Build strong client relationships and work with a collaborative team.
• Oversee all stages of litigation from investigation to pleadings and motions.
• Take depositions and participate in trials as needed.
