Neufeld, O’Leary & Giusto, a prestigious NYC law firm, seeks an experienced civil litigator to join a small-firm feel with a broad practice. The role involves representation in court (remote and in-person), drafting pleadings, and developing strategic litigation approaches.

The firm offers a competitive salary of $150,000–$190,000 annually, a 3/2 in-office/remote schedule, and benefits including PTO, private medical insurance, performance bonus, retirement plan, and professional development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including at least 2+ years in real estate or trusts/estate litigation
• Experience handling litigation from inception to completion independently
• Detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial personality
• Excellent written communication and research skills

Responsibilities

• Appear in court for litigation (virtual and in-person)
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands
• Develop and implement litigation and negotiation strategies
• Conduct legal research
• Respond to discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Our practice has a strong focus on commercial litigation, estate and trust planning and litigation, and real estate transactions and litigation. Job Responsibilities To Include:
