Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a well-established law firm with a strong insurance defense and litigation practice in a hybrid role. You will handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial and collaborate with an experienced team to provide strategic guidance to clients.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 base. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
