Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We are working with a boutique law firm in the Brentwood, TN area, looking to add an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will manage complex disputes, work closely with clients, and play an integral role in case strategy from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Tennessee
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience handling complex business disputes
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
• Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus
• Must be open to working onsite
